These areas may include playing an instrument, performing, working comfortably at a computer, or developing a simpler and more comfortable approach to whatever is challenging them. The Alexander Technique is also useful for freeing the breath and developing vocal support, preventing stage fright, and addressing jaw tension, TMJ, and other overuse injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome. | |||
